1. About Us
Mr Duke’s Ukulele School is an online music education programme operated by Elio Andrade, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.
Website: https://mrdukeukuleleschool.co.uk
2. Our School Programme
Our school membership provides access to a structured ukulele learning programme designed primarily for primary school pupils.
The programme includes:
- 18 learning stages across Levels 1, 2 and 3.
- Educational videos featuring Mr Duke.
- Original songs and musical exercises.
- Printable worksheets and supporting resources.
- Professional teacher support.
The programme is designed to support teachers in delivering enjoyable music lessons.
3. Free School Trial
Schools can register for a free 14-day trial.
The trial includes access to Stages 1–4 of Level 1.
The trial begins when the school’s account is activated and ends automatically after 14 days.
There is no obligation to purchase a membership, and no payment is taken automatically when the trial ends.
4. Annual School Membership
The annual school membership costs £249.
Membership follows the academic year, running from 1 September to 31 August.
All memberships expire on 31 August, regardless of the date of purchase.
For example, a school joining in October 2026 will have access until 31 August 2027.
The membership fee is not reduced for schools joining partway through the academic year.
Memberships do not renew automatically. Schools can choose whether to purchase access for the following academic year.
5. Payments and Activation
Payments can be made through our secure online payment provider, Stripe.
Schools may also contact us to request alternative payment arrangements, such as an invoice or bank transfer.
Full Access is activated once payment has been received and confirmed.
Schools will receive confirmation when their membership is ready to use.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
The annual school membership is non-refundable once Full Access has been activated, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Schools should ensure that the programme meets their needs before purchasing. We encourage schools to use the free trial before committing to a paid membership.
A school may stop using the programme at any time, but this does not automatically entitle it to a refund.
If we are unable to provide the purchased programme or there is a significant problem with the service, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
Nothing in these terms affects any legal rights that cannot be excluded.
7. Using the Programme
Each school membership is intended for educational use within the purchasing school.

Schools must not share their login details with other schools or organisations.
Membership access cannot be transferred or resold without permission.
